Sync selected phone data

Choose categories

1. Open Phone dashboard → Sync phone data (under More phone options on iPhone). All categories start off.
2. Enable only the categories you want and grant the corresponding iOS permission.
3. Tap Sync now. Review the timestamp, item count and coverage. Automatic checks run at most every 15 minutes while Helios is active with phone controls enabled.

What is included

• Contacts: up to 1,000 permitted names, numbers and email addresses.
• Calendar: up to 1,000 events from the last 30 days through the next 90 days.
• Reminders: up to 1,000 permitted titles and completion states.
• Photo index: metadata for up to 1,000 recent permitted photos/videos. Actual images, videos and hidden items are not synced.

Messages and attachments

Messages are not part of native phone sync. Select a completed readable computer backup, then choose the conversation and date range. Windows and Mac can acquire a backup over trusted paired Wi-Fi; USB is a fallback. Reading an existing backup needs no connected phone.

The Helios internet connection and temporary LocalDevVPN do not relay the computer backup service. Data stored only in iCloud may be absent from backups. Encrypted backups and encoded-only message bodies have additional limitations.

The AI can request messages created since a date, such as two days ago. This is not automatic incremental synchronization: edits/deletions of older messages are not tracked, and the current backup action creates a new export. Attachments are extracted only when requested.

Stop sharing

Turn a category off to remove its current synced copy. This does not delete originals on your phone or information already quoted in chats. A missing search match does not prove an item is absent from your phone.
