Your phone at a glance

A calm overview, useful scans and a clear next step when more access is needed.

Import example project ↗Two named conversations, shared files, revisions and a preview.

Start with the overview

  1. Open My Space → Phone dashboard. My Space belongs to your account, not the selected conversation.
  2. Choose the phone you mean. Battery, network and device information show when the phone last shared them. Offline information may be out of date.
  3. Choose Diagnostic scan, Performance scan or Check for issues. Helios opens a separate conversation and checks which tools are currently available. A queued scan is not a completed scan.

Sharing stays in your control

When a conversation needs your screen, it presents a screen-sharing request in that chat. Start sharing explicitly and approve the iOS prompt. Sharing is bound to that conversation.

Access requests include a skip/reject action and expire. Interacting with a request extends its time. A missing device, permission or connection must be checked again after you respond.

Try a focused request

Example request

Check my phone for issues using the information already available. Tell me how fresh the information is. Ask before requesting additional access.

Your screen may differ by platform and version. Check availability or get help.
