FICTIONAL GUIDE PRACTICE · MANUAL CHECKS

How Helios remembers you

Conversation history, saved facts, preferences and project memory each serve different purposes.

This is an interactive review worksheet. Ticking a box records your check; it does not run a tool or grant permissions.

Conversation history: what has been said in this conversation. Long conversations can be summarised, so not every original line is always in the model’s current context. Personal memory: saved facts, topics and preferences that help future conversations. Retrieval selects relevant information rather than loading everything every time. Project memory: requirements, decisions and notes belonging to a project. A collaborator’s project access does not grant access to your personal memory. The AI’s own saved perspective: identity, views and reflections are separate from facts saved about you.
